Host a Fringe Event at SNP Conference 2019

Fringe events are the most effective way to convey a message to our Conference delegates by engaging in debate and discussion.

You choose the topic to be discussed and invite speakers either from within the SNP or externally.

Fringe events are held at the start and end of the Conference day and over the lunch break.

Each Fringe event includes:

• 3 complimentary passes for panel members
• 2 complimentary passes for staff members
• A complimentary listing in the Conference Handbook
• A room set up theatre style with a top table and lectern
• A projector and screen

Many organisers also choose to boost attendance by taking up one of the many advertising opportunities available - including full-page adverts and emails to delegates - email conference@snp.org if you are interested in finding out more.

Hosts can also provide drinks and a buffet. Catering should be booked separately and is not included in this package. Catering options will be sent on to you once your booking has been processed.

A PA/AV package is included with all large room bookings. Many of the standard rooms do not require microphones however all rooms come with a projector and screen as standard. Once your event has been allocated to a room, we will work with you and the venue to ensure you have everything you need. If you have any specific additional requirement a quote will be provided by the venue directly.
